My focus

Accelerating affordable housing and creating incentives for entertainment and other amenities to thrive in Bozeman

My first priority

Affordable housing

Bozeman doesn't have a shortage of housing; it has a shortage of affordable housing. To tackle this, I believe the city must craft decisive policies that incentivize developers to build more affordable units. By providing the right incentives, we can ensure that all residents—young families, workers, and seniors alike—have access to homes they can afford, without compromising the character and quality of our community.

My second priority

Amenities for all

Bozeman has an abundance of bars, overpriced breweries, restaurants, and boutiques, but it lacks entertainment and amenities for the average person. We need to prioritize developing community-focused spaces and activities—places where families, young professionals, and everyone in between can gather, relax, and have fun without breaking the bank. It's time to ensure that our city caters to all residents, not just the elite few.

My third priority

Opportunity for small business.

Creating Opportunities for Small Businesses:
To help Bozeman’s small businesses grow, we need to create more entertainment amenities and service amenities— for example, skating rinks, indoor skateparks, and arcades. These businesses not only provide fun and recreation but also create opportunities for local small businesses to thrive. By attracting these spaces, we open doors for B2B services—like painters, cleaners, and contractors—to meet the demand. This leads to more jobs, stronger local connections, and a sustainable, thriving economy where small businesses can succeed.

About me

I was born and raised right here in Bozeman. I went to Bozeman High, and like a lot of kids, I had a pretty rocky start. I made some mistakes growing up, but those experiences shaped me into the man I am today, someone who believes in second chances, hard work, and dreaming big. These days, I work at Montana State University and run my own small cleaning business. I'm not looking to be a career politician, just a local guy who loves this city and wants to see it grow in the right direction.
